Present; Cllrs Barlow, Merchant, Stancer, and the Clerk.

Allotment review;
The next stage will be to progress the registration of the land. We have not yet had an invoice from Hix & Co. Cllr Merchant has received a quote for £14,953 to prepare the Whaplode garden allotments which is far too high against the potential rental income so the previous plan will be reviewed.
Cemetery update:
Work by volunteers continues. We have received a letter of confirmation from St Marys church Whaplode that three trees need to be removed at a cost of £2,560 ex vat which the parish council will be required to meet.
Precept 2022-2023:
The Clerk will circulate the figures to Councillors, they will be agreed at the next finance meeting on 12th January 2022 and then circulated for ratification by members.
General correspondence:
None.
The date of the next finance meeting is 12th January and full council meeting is 16th February at Whaplode St Marys church.
There being no further issues the Chairman closed the meeting. The Clerk will circulate the minutes to Councillors.
