WHAPLODE PARISH COUNCIL FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING
WEDNESDAY 23TH JUNE 2021
AT THE OFFICES OF CLLR BARLOW
Present; Cllrs Barlow, Merchant (arrived at 7.00pm), Stancer, Beale and the Clerk.
There were no minutes to review.
Accounts for payment;
Cheques were agreed as follows,

Allotment review;
Farm business tenancies have all been prepared by Hix & Co and sent to tenants The next stage will be to progress the registration of the land.
Cemetery update:
The roadway will be replaced up to the site of the chapel from 28th June and will take three weeks. The cemetery extension weed growth needs spraying off in due course and self set shrubs in the cemetery cut back.
Whaplode swimming pool committee:
The Clerk will write to the committee for more information regarding their funding request for refurbishment of the changing rooms.
The Clerk will respond to Mr Hooper about grass cutting adjacent to Whaplode village hall.
The Clerk will respond to LCC supporting the stopping up of the highway in Little Lane.
The date of the next full council meeting is 11th August at St Marys church Whaplode..
There being no further issues the Chairman closed the meeting. The Clerk will circulate the minutes to Councillors.
