Allotment review;
Farm business tenancies have all been prepared by Hix & Co and sent to tenants. Allotment rents due to be prepared and sent.The next stage will be to progress the registration of the land.
Cemetery update:
Work by volunteers in the cemetery continues. The parking area will soon be available to use, parking spaces will be marked by posts and ropes. Members agreed it was a good time to review the cemetery regulations and burial prices.
Whaplode Playing Field:
Cllr Merchant reported that the Police have taken action in response to the incidents of anti social behaviour.
General correspondence:
The Chairman signed the formal agreement from BT to adopt the Whaplode telephone box.
The date of the next full council meeting is 10th November at Saracens Head village hall.
There being no further issues the Chairman closed the meeting. The Clerk will circulate the minutes to Councillors.
