Present; Cllrs Barlow, Stancer, and the Clerk.
Apologies Cllr Stafford and Merchant.
There were no minutes to review.
Accounts for payment;

As agreed at the full Council meeting the four wards had provided budgets for celebrating the Queens jubilee and four cheques each for £500 were prepared to be sent by the clerk.
Allotment review;
Five of the six new Whaplode allotments had been let and tenancy agreements signed. The Clerk will write to the tenants regarding parking issues in Millers rest.
Cemetery update:
The Clerk is liaising with Cllr Stafford regarding a damaged area of fencing and Lincs Coop funeral director about a burial reservation for Mrs Fuller.
Bus Shelter:
The Clerk has spoken to Aviva insurance regarding the claim for the demolished bus shelter and has requested a quotation for reinstatement.
Whaplode St Mary cemetery:
The tree report has been commissioned and will go ahead shortly.
General correspondence:
Speed limit request on Oxcroft Bank referred to June full council meeting.
The date of the next finance meeting is 10th August and full council meeting is 8th June at Whaplode St Catherine village hall.
There being no further issues the Chairman closed the meeting. The Clerk will circulate the minutes to Councillors.
